Description
Features and advantages:
1. Production of any type of yarns (cotton, wool, nylon, polyacrylonitril, polyamide fibre, etc)1-3mm chenille production capacity over 10m/min for one spindle with the best results in terms of quality.
2. Automatic electronic stop device if the thread breaks or at the feeding end of each thread. The automatic electronic stop works independently in each head.
3. One operator can control the production cycles of 2 machines with 80 spindles each , thus there is limited need for works.
4. Each module is composed of 10 spindles -5 heads for chenille production with independent control . 200mm gauge-self -lubrification ring Dia .112
5. The mould are delivered assembled and tested. They are provided with feed creels and ready for mounting.
6. This machine can cut 2-3 strands of wool, cotton yarn, polyacrylonitrile yarn, N/C and T/C into pushed wool by turret head, then put them into 2-strand core yarn and turned into chenille yarns after twisted by spindles.
