Description
Zamil Industrial Coatings (ZINDCO) provides powder coating for materials, from mill finish aluminum extrusions to hot dip galvanized steel using latest in powder coating technology, including chemical pretreatment systems. Our state of art technology enables meeting relevant ASTM, BS and NEMA specifications for powder coating ranging from 60 to 1,000 microns.

Product: Powder Coating

Specifications: Powder coating on cable trays, ladders, electrical and switch gear panels, aluminum profiles, sheets and steel;
PVC coating, as per NEMA Standard No. RN-1, on electrical conducts, and fittings
PVC coating for fence posts
PVC coating of electrical cable trays;
Fusion-bonded epoxy coating on welded wire mesh and electrical bus bars; and High-performance coating on aluminum and steel.
