Description
Colorite Fluorocarbon Prepainted steel and Aluminium has been developed by UNICOIL to provide extra durability, excellent weather ability and high formability for exterior applications

Typical Use: Roofing and accessories, wall cladding, insulated panels.

Preferred Substrate:
- HDG SS 340class 2 Z275 (G90.) ASTM A 653M 01a

- Aluminium zinc alloy coated steel (Zincalume) ASTM A792M 01 AZ150. SS 340 class2

- Aluminium alloy AA 3105

Standards: Paint Coating: ASTM A755M 01

Dimensions: Thickness: from 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm, Width: from 600 mm to 1320mm

Protective Film: Colorite Fluorocarbon can be supplied with a specially designed polyethylene strippable film on the top side. The polyethylene film should be removed from the painted steel strip within 12 months of delivery from UNICOIL or within 6 months if the product has been exposed to outdoor ageing.
