Description
Molawan Prepainted steel and Aluminum has been developed as a cost effective paint coated product for the light building sector.

Typical Uses: Roofing, Walling, Lighting fixtures

Substrate: Galvanized steel, Zinc/ Aluminium coated steel, cold rolled steel & Aluminium

Dimensions:
Thickness: from 0.35 mm to 1.2 mm
Width: from 600 mm to 1320mm

Applicable Standards: Paint coating. ASTM A 755M 01.

Primer Coat: Universal corrosion inhibitive primer, Nominal thickness 5 pm each side.

Finish Coat: Custom formulated system, Nominal thickness 15 microns on the top or weather side. The finish coat is available in specially selected standard colours. Other required colours may be available on request. The finish coat can if required be applied to both sides to provide a 'double sided' product.
