For PCB, LCD, PDP cleaning and washing process.

PVC Suction sponge roller
*Superior chemical resistance
*Soft in dry condition
*Superior heat resistance
*Superior mechanical property
Heating Temp: Dry 80 degree, Water 80 degree

Open pore structure
*50um of pore size and 3 dimensional ultra fine continuous structures performs an efficient siphoningliquids.

Excellent hydrophilic behavior
*very hydrophilic in siphoning and holding aqueous solution

Hardness variety
*Can supply customer required hardness specification (among 7A and 30A)

Soft in dry condition
*It is elastic even in dry condition and no wetting or moisturizing needed to make soft condition

Excellent resistance against chemical and oils
*Due to the nature of polyvinylchloride and product of the mater show good resistance against acids, bases, oils and fats.

For water suction and absorption, wiping
*PCB, LCD, PDP manufacturing process
*photo developer, photosensitive, oil remover siphoningliquid.

For dehydration roller( positive )
*Sludge, Solid-liquid separator, squeeze roller (paper mill)

For spreading roller
*Offset printer water roller, anti-curing, water roller

For moving roller
*Converying PCB products.
