Description
HP821 is a standard tool to test the averaged LED intenstiry, and designed according to CIE correlative standard(being drafted), and meets the requirements of CIE pub. No. 127 A or B. The professional CIE standard photometer detector and LED sockets make the location accurate and the test repeatability better.

Characteristics and specifications:

1) Forward current (IF): 0.1mA -- 1000.0mA
2) Forward voltage (VF): 0.01V -- 20.0V
3) Reversed current (IR): 0.01μ A -- 200μ A
4) Reversed voltage (VR): 0.01V -- 20.0V
5) Range for luminous intensity: 10.0mcd -- 9.999.0cd
6) Range of angle (turning by hand): -90°-- +90°
7) Accuracy of luminous intensity: Class 1
8) Meets the condition A in CIE-127-1997
