Description
We offer products range from casting,molding,stamping and machining.They are various associated classes of manufacturing industry.The machinery of our factories and ISO system ensure the products are in high quality with competetitive cost. Products' quality also come from molds/dies/tooling's build capability and know-how. Please take a view of onen mold-making workshop. Casting is a process whereby molten metal is poured into a mold shaped like the desired finished product. The cast metal remains in the mold until it has solidified. Single molds produce only metal casting and are typically used for small productions runs. Multiple use molds are used for large production runs of metal castings. Multi-use molds are more expensive, but will withstand repeated use. Most products need to be finishing milled or coated after casting. By different process, it varied from Sand Casting, Investment Casting, Die Casting, Gravity Casting Etc. Following is some prodcuts we produced. molding is the process casting a thermoplastic or thermoset material into a mold that has the inverse geometry of the part to be produced. Our mold making/molding factories can provide quality products in varied process,they are injection molding, blow molding,vacuum molding etc. Metal stamping is an effective way of producing formed sheet metal parts at an extremely high rate. The metal stamping dies are placed in presses and each cycle of the press produces formed part.
Machining is divided from manual machining and cnc machining by which material is precisely removed by mechanical means in a controlled manner.Manual machining refers to manually operate machine tools such as milling machines, lathes, drills or saws to perform various machining operations. CNC Machining refers to machining centers, turning centers, Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), etc.
