Description
We introduce you ourselves as the leading manufacturer of industrial chains and machinery parts used by Sugar mills, Cement plants, Paper mills, Fertilizer and various other industries where the material is to be transported, elevated, fed and distributed.

Every care is taken to select best type of raw material for manufacturing various types of components of chains. After manufacturing, all components are properly heat treated to achieve the maximum life of the chains. Besides chains and sprockets we are also manufacturing various mill house spares like crown pinion, trash plates, trash beams, scrapers, flywheels, bearing housings, brake drums, fibrizer hammers, cane cutting knives, etc. Manufacturing of all the products is done as per the standardized procedures of manufacturing. We supply our materials along with their test certificates after getting the material tested from an ISO certified organization.

We are supplying our chains to most of the sugar factories, cement plants and other industries in India. Besides sugar plants, original plant manufacturing units like National Heavy Engineering Co-operative -Pune, Indian Sugar and General Engineering Company -New Delhi – India and Thyssen Krupp (Bakau Wolf- Germany) are using our chains as Original Equipments in their plants to be supplied in India or exported. In all we have supplied more than 100 complete sugar plant carriers to different companies. Even the biggest sugar factories in India having capacity more than 12000 TCD are our regular clients. We are also exporting our chains to countries like Tanzania, Sri Lanka, and Mauritius and recently we have supplied chains and sprockets to West Indies.
We take up the complete turnkey projects for Conveyors, Drag Lines, Silo Systems and reactors for various process industries.
