Description
INTERMEDIARY SERVICES
1-contact,arrange meetings with the potential buyers / sellers for the product
2-make product presentations in Turkish/English/German for the buyers/sellers.
3-translate given product details/specifications,standards into Turkish/English/German as required
4-sampling services
5-give /take proforma invoices or quotations to/from buyers/sellers as per instructions,
6- follow up work in the government deparments for permits,certificates of standards,etc.,
7-translate correspondence related with order,payment, shipping,customs, etc.,
8-negotiate,prepare and execute sales/purchase contracts with buyers/sellers
9- assist / supervise payment/bank transactions (opening L/C ,collection of documents etc.,)
10- prepare / assist transport arrangements (freight,charter party agreements etc)
11-supervise cargo shipment/loading/discharging/delivery for the operations,etc.,
12-help,supervise customs clearance operations,
including all other sevices offered here in the Businees Guidance and Liaison Office services
sections of this page and/or any other export/import transaction work as required
