Description
ZPJ type Intelligent Belt Tension Device (IBTD) can automatically adjust the tension of the belt on the oil pump to the appropriate level.

The benefit include:

Lower the maintenance cost; If your pumps are spread in a large field, adjust the belt tension can be a huge project. Our IBTD will react to the actual tension level of the belt by moving its roll arm.

Belt anti-slippery,extremely useful in rain weather; increased safety;

Double the belt life; Work under loose condition will damage the belt and decrease its life.

Maximize the production/cost ratio; Loose belt will cause wasted engine cycle. The power produced by the engine will not be transformed to pump completely if the belt is too loose.

This product has been widely tested in field. All 9 test field reports indicate a positive increase of pumping efficiency and belt life.
