The company was founded by Mr. Per ChantBou and his family. They live in Hans Christian Andersen's homeland, a small island of Fyn in the heart of the Danish kingdom, in a place located on the edge of the forest and near the beach, secluded in deep countryside, where Hans Christian Andersen used to be seen on his visits to country manors, castles and island estates.
