Cuu Long JSC, which was formerly known as Cuu Long Power Equipment Co., Ltd, was established on ***9. At the beginning, the company mainly focused on installing and distributing consumer electronics devices. Since ***1, our company has expanded trading range, including participation in the field of constructing transformer line and transformer station up to *5 KV. The Board of Directors is also planning long-term developing plan in order that the company becomes stronger and more stable. In ***4, the founding shareholders decided to convert companys business model and patterns of ownership to Cuu Long Joint Stock Company. At that time, all departments have been set up in a professional manner. In ***7, the company continued to develop stably, expand trading range, raise the power construction capacity up to **0 KV. The founding shareholders approved the investment plan on Export Woodworking Factory in Hai Duong city, was expected to become the largest wood processing plant in the North producing wood indoor furniture. Between ***8 and ***9, in spite of facing many difficulties from global economic recession, high inflation, and global economic crisis, the company overcame all these challenges, continued to complete the investment plan on Export Woodworking Factory project in order to timely capture the recovery of the world economy. Despite of being a small company at the beginning, Cuu Long JSC has been becoming more and more stronger with multiple line of business, participating in world trade step by step.
