Caretek beds and accessories are designed at our own Centre of
Excellence design studios in Perth, Western Australia. Highly
experienced Western medical product designers and engineers work to
the exacting IEC standards on all of our products. Aside from
ensuring that international standards are met, we have our own
laboratory to rigorously test our new designs, to make certain that
we generate the safest and most reliable products available.
Our Australian team work closely with our China based forty strong
R & D team to help develop the process controls that will be
used in production to generate consistency in the products and
maintain the highest quality levels. We are strong believers that
quality has to be designed and built in as part of the process.
Throughout development and on through production, statistics are
taken on measurements and processes to guarantee that quality
levels are maintained in each and every bed.
Our mission of Excellence by design starts in Australia with the
first steps of the concept, is managed in the design, and flows
down through testing, production and to the installation in
the hospitals in provinces across China.
