At the Salt Mines the Rock Salt is hand picked and sorted for the best possible rock salt, then a sample from each batch is sent to the laboratory to get tested for its purity. Then After the lab result is released the best quality salt we have it transported to the factory. After arriving at the factory the rocks according to the treatment it needs (washing, scraping with stainless steel brushes or buffing). After the washing and drying process is completed the salt in processed.
