Vietnam is the largest beer consumer in Southeast Asia and ranks among the top in the world. Every day, there are five billions litters of beer produced and consumed yearly in Vietnam. One of its products produced from the brewery that is extremely value to animal feed, that is brewers yeast.
Brewers Yeast is a byproduct of the brewing process, have very high nutritional value. It has a characteristic smell makes livestock animals gluttons.
This yeast contains *8 types of amino acids, lipids, minerals and especially many types of B vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6,…, and Beta glucan which increasing the resistance, helps absorption of food supplements and minerals necessary for the development of livestock.
