Our Procedures:

TRANSACTION PROCEDURES: SPOT 

1. Buyer issue LOI or ICPO 

2. Seller issue Commercial invoice and MT**9 approved Draft/Verbiage sign two part buyer/seller 

3. Buyer issue POF via MT**9 to Seller sister specialist/Financier company bank account Based on seller approved Draft/Verbiage and send copy to Seller of the issued swift MT**9. 

FOB BASIS: 

4A. Seller move product from Storage facility to loading Port and loads the Vessels and does Q&Q as per Cargo and Full POP, freight Prepaid to Rotterdam  Fuel to be discharge in Buyers Tanks, Seller issues DTA to Buyer as & when Fuel is discharged in Buyers Tank. Buyer does Q&Q and send copy to seller for final CI,  makes **0% payment based upon quantity indicated on SGS report,  charges for SGS is on Buyer account. 

5A. Seller transfer Full Title in Buyers name for paid full. 

6A. Seller and Buyer Pay Commission to all Parties against IMFPA agreement. 

On CIF basis: 

4B.. Seller Obtain POF Verification Result and move product from Storage facility to loading Port and issue Dip Test Authorization Letter(DTA), Fresh SGS, Tank receipt, Transaction passport and Seller Open 2%PB  and Seller start loading and issue shipping documents and title ownership documents to buyer and Buyer contact the captain on board to confirm the estimated time of arrival(ETA) and current position of the said vessel 

5B.Upon arrival of the vessel at discharge port after SGS or CIQ conducted at discharge port then Buyer make payment via T/T to Seller bank account for cargo quantity 

6B.Seller and Buyer Pay Commission to all Parties against IMFPA agreement. 

For Monthly delivery 

7.Seller issue Contract to Buyer for Monthly Delivery 

8. Seller Open 2%PB for *2 Months deliveries shipment and Buyer Open RDLC to seller for *2 Months shipment 

9.Delivery Commences a s Per Contract and Buyer release payment to seller bank after inspection at discharge port **0% payable for each shipment within 7 banking days upon the cargo passed SGS or CIQ and receipt of all the relevant payment documents for cargo at discharge port .
