We can supply various types of PP woven bags as below:
- PP woven bags with top hemmed, top heat cut or top cold cut, one folded bottom or double folded bottom, with single stitch or double stitch.
- Non-coated PP woven bags and coated outside/inside PP woven bags, with or without HDPE and LDPE liner inside (PE liner).
- PP woven bags with valve and gusset, bags with handles and with hole for handling, all type of PP woven bags with big hole for ventilation….
- PP woven bags microperforated for coated/laminated OPP/BOPP woven bags, PP woven bags with UV stabilizer…
We can make PP woven bags from very transparent color bags, **0% virgin material bags to **0% recycled material bags. At the present, we have been producing the mesh from 8x8, 9x9, *0x*0, *1x*1, *2x*2, *3x*3, to *4x*4 yarns/inch2, with flat weaving or anti-skid weaving. We also can make diamond printing (anti-skid coating) on the backside of the bags.
The PP woven bags that we are supplying are used in many industries such as:
- For packing industrial products: fertilizer, urea, minerals, chemicals, Canxi Carbonate (CaCo3), masterbatch, rubber, coal, charcoal (BBQ), wood….
- For packing food and agricultural products: rice, flour, wheat, all type of grains, sugar, salt, seeds, spices, pulses, dates, mixed fodder, bird seeds, onions, potatoes, garlic….
- For packing the products in the other industries such as: Mails, letters, documents (Post office), for packing sand, metal parts, cements, building rubble, textiles, and animal feed such as bird feed, dog feed, horse feed, fish meal, cattle feed…and for other purposes of storing and packing in the life.
