Nanjing Ringchan Corporation is a professional manufacturer of frozen fruit, frozen vegetables, frozen culinary herbs and spices in China. The factory is HACCP certificated by China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (CIQ). By its state-of-the-art facilities, the factory can process up to ***0MT frozen products annually. There are two production lines and two freeze tunnels. The factory has established detailed management systems from Pesticide Management for growing fields of all planted crops, to Hygiene Policy, Glass Policy, Allergen Program, Pest Control Policy etc. for production site, to Traceability System for the whole process. All materials received and final products to be dispatched to abroad are metal detected and tested in pesticide residue, microbiology and sometimes heavy metals as per clients special requirements. About *0km to **0km around the factory are traditional growing region of various fruits, vegetables, culinary herbs and spices. This can guarantee the factory to handle the production within **8 hours from materials harvest to final frozen products, which can maintain the products as fresh and nutritious as possible. Ringchan has registered vegetable farm fields and fruit orchards in local CIQ office. All fields are managed strictly as per CIQ's requirement.
