Finger Joint Board :

The Finger Jointed boards manufactured by Nav Nirman are well known for its sturdiness. Furniture manufacturers, interior decorators, builders and architects across India buy Finger Joint Boards from Nav Nirman for their various requirements. Nav Nirman Finger Joint Boards are used in modular kitchens, wardrobes, solidwood furniture wall panels wooden flooring and Interior application. The thickness of finger jointed boards ranges from *2mm to *1mm.

The chemically treated, rough sawn kiln dried wood is used to make the Finger Joint Boards and hence you can see the height of quality in Nav Nirman Finer Joint Boards. Nav Nirman exercises a strong quality system in production which ensures consistency and precision in the FJBs. In the process, firstly the cross cutting machine eliminates all defects like pith, knot, bend, tapping marks etc. Secondly the six splindlemoulder smoothens all four sides and evens out rough edges. Further the finger shaping and joining machine creates fingers on the edge of the wood making it suitable for joining. Then the fingers are joined and strips are made. The strips are assembled and joined with glue using hydraulic clamp carrier or rotary clamp carrier. After the finger jointing process, the wide belt sander smoothens the either side of the finger joint boards by sanding. Finally the board is trimmed to required size by Panel saw.
