Ltd, Established in the year ***6 on a modest scale with a single forging unit, Nikoo Forge Pvt. Ltd. has emerged as on of the prime source for steel forged parts. Currently we have two hammers one of 1 ton and second of 2 ton. Our forging weight range is 1.*0 kg to *0.*0 kg. The plant is well equipped with Die-shop, Cutting-shop, Forge-shop. Heat Treatmentshop. Quality Control Dept., Chemical Laboratory, Administration Dept. we are ISO ***1 : ***0 Certified In janu :- ***5. The main components of Nikoo Forge Pvt. Ltd. Con. Rods, Cam Shafts, Pinions, Gears, , Shaft, Forks, Wing-nuts, Flanges xxxxx Also we have facilities for S.G. & C.I. Casting. We established Nikoo Techno cast Pvt. Ltd. in the August - ***6. This plant also located at one of the prime industrial area of Gujarat, Village: Shapar-Veraval, Dist : Rajkot, Nikoo Technocast is sister concern of M/s. Nikoo Forge Pvt. Ltd. - a successful forging unit running since last ten years. The main business of the firm is manufacturing & supplying defects free ferrous cast with shot blasting and fettling as per Indian as well as equivalent International Standard. Further manufacturing process is continuously updated according to the current global standards and as per specific customer requirements. The casting facilities includes Induction melting furnace with double cruisable of **0 kgs with well equipped metallurgical laboratory doing chemical analysis, Microstructure Analysis in Modern Microscope with Image Analyzer, Tensile Strength, Modulus of Elasticity and all other Equipments and accessories required for Moulding, Fettling and Testing & Quality control equipments . Machining facilities of all types to supply fully machined cast components with our sister concern.
