We are the leading Latin American producer of acrylics and styrenics, with vertically integrated operations. We produce a diversified portfolio of chemical, petrochemical and plastic products, fertilizers and packaging materials. According to ABIQUIM and ANIQ, in ***0 we were the largest producer of styrene and polystyrene in Latin America, the largest producer of ammonium sulfate in South America, the only producer of acrylonitrile and methacrylate, or MMA, in Latin America and the largest producer of cast acrylic sheets in the Americas, in each case based on production capacity. We operate twelve production sites and seven distribution centers strategically located near our customers’ facilities in Brazil and Mexico. We serve customers that operate in several sectors, including construction, automotive, agriculture, textile, mining, electronics, packaging and health care. Over the past four decades, we have developed a strong relationship with the largest suppliers and end-users in the petrochemical industry in Latin America and have developed state of the art facilities and proprietary technology to provide our clients with innovative solutions and products.

Our operations are organized into four integrated business segments, as follows:

• Acrylics: Our products include acrylonitrile, methacrylate, cyanide, acrylic and polycarbonate resins and sheets, which are used primarily in textile, automotive, construction, health care and electronics applications.
• Styrenics: Our products include styrene and polystyrene, which are used primarily in the production of consumer goods, electronics, construction materials and home appliances.
• Packaging materials: We produce biaxially-oriented polypropylene films, or BOPP films, which are used as packaging materials mainly in the food industry.
• Fertilizers: We produce ammonium sulfate, used primarily as a fertilizer in the agriculture.
