Vaona Terms of Trade: 

a| F.C.A (aerial). FREIGHT, INSURANCE AND IMPORTATION COSTS: Paid by the customer in his/her country.

b| C.I.F  FREIGHT, INSURANCE AND PRODUCT COST: They are included in the bill. This method is used when airlines and freight agents demand that the freight is paid in advance.

3| PAYMENT METHODS:

a| Wire Transfer: -Bank charges specifications OUR (charges payable by the buyer). Transfer costs are borne by the customer.

-The minimum payment per transfer is $1.**0 USD. 

4| TERMS OF PAYMENT: (There are 3 alternatives)

a| DOWN PAYMENT: The customer must pay before shipment. 

b| *0% TO START PRODUCTION, *0% BEFORE SHIPMENT

c| STAND BY OR CONFIRMED IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT: Deadline *0 days from the date of delivery at the agreed port of shipment. "The customer/buyer should bear the bank charges."

5| MINIMUM AMOUNT FOR EACH EXPORT:

For each export, there must be made a minimum purchase of $ 1, **0 USD.

For Mexico, the minimum export is 5, **0 USD.

6| DELIVERY TIME: (There are 3 cases)

a| *0 days: If merchandise is in stock (in our warehouse). 

After the order arrives, Garotas makes shipment within *0 days (delivery at the airport). 

The customer should be aware that, depending on the country he/she is in and depending on the selected freight, the goods can take from 5 to *2 days to arrive, due to customs clearance.

b| *0 days: If the merchandise is in stock and we have to re-tag the garments (this case is common to Mexico, Ecuador and Venezuela).

After the order arrives, Garotas makes shipment within *0 days (delivery at the airport).

The airport customs of some countries require that each garment has a special information tag.
