Yuan Kuen Jyi Industry Co., Ltd was established in ***1,  mainly specialized in processing a wide variety of precision parts and high-tech components of fiber optics, electronic parts, advancedpneumatic tool parts , auto instruments, bicycles and therapy equipments.  We are ISO ***1 of ***8 and CNS****1 certificated.
 
At the very early stage,  we adopted traditional lathes of Swiss type sliding head and horizontal fixed head to manufacture all kinds of joints and knobs, to advance our
Technology and be more close to customers’ demands,  we gradually replaced our working facilities since ***3 with JapaneseNOMURA and TSUGAMI CNC precision auto lathes, now we have total *5 sets of machinery in our plant.  
  Besides the full-production machining facilities, wealso engage in research & development of working with a wide range of materials, such as stainless steel, iron, aluminum, brass, copper, POM, teflon, non-ferrous metal, specialtypes ofsteeland complex materials etc.. and with professional technology background.  
To fulfil strict inspectionto assure high quality standard, we equipped with accurate inspection instruments, including:  2D Semi-automotive Projector, Microscopes, Eccentric Device, Surface Coarse Measuring Instrument, Laser Bias Measuring instrumentand Height Gauge, etc.   We applyrandom inspection during working process and make **0% inspection before shipments.
