VATT-2000-3M is a one-chamber periodic plant with magnetron sputterers sliding back and forward along the chamber. There are two options of magnetrons configuration. In the first option plant is capable of applying metal coatings on 4 glass sheets at the same time with two magnetrons. In the second option plant is capable of applying multilayer metal and metal compound coatings on 2 glasses at the same time. Reciprocative sliding of magnetrons ensures good uniformity of coated film along the whole chamber.
