Operation procedure

1. Tear colloidal gold strips package and remove the strips

2.Take 5mL raw milk into *5mL tube,add 0.8g of Extractionreagent 1,add 8mlExtraction agent 2,dry at ****0℃ with gas.

3.Add 0.3mL Resolve working solution into the 5mL tube,Centrifuge at4**0g for1min.

4.Take1*0ul lower layer solution into microwell, after 2 minutesbya dropper pipettingsolution *0 times, transfer the mixed liquid into sample hole in the strips.

5.Read the result during ***0mins.

 

Reading result by eyes:

Negative: the test line (T) is the same as or darker than the control line (C), it is negative

Positive: test line (T) is lighter than the control line (C) or there is no test line, it is positive

Invalid: reference line fails to appear 

Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for an invalid result

Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test kit

Stop using the test kit immediately if the problem is not solved and contact your local distributor
