***4nm scan lenses are widely used for YAG laser marking. They are also applicable with fiber laser machines. YAG scan lenses are used in conjunction with one or two axis galvo mirrors that enable the laser beam s fast positioning and precision focusing. Just as its name implies, the scan lens can make all the focal points in the same flat surface.
The main indicators of F-theta scan lens are scan field and focal length. Normallythe longer focal length, the bigger scan field. But blindly striving for scanning area will bring a lot of problems, such as light spots become thicker, distortion increases, etc.
So when users choose F-theta scan lens, both scan field and marking accuracy should be considered.
