The G**8N cable testing
machine has the functions of automatically reading samples and
automatic testing,
In the spot measurement mode,
long press the leftmost read to proce sample learning, at
this time you can press the up and down keys as needed to select
which group of data space you want to save, then short press the
read key stores the data of the learning sample cable.
Short press the leftmost read to read the data of the
stored sample cable to proce the test. (It can store data of *5
sets of sample cable)
The test result will be
prompted with sound and light,
There are three setting modes for
the sound according to the needs:① off ② correct prompt ③ error
prompt,
When the cables are correct shows the green light , when error
shows the red light,, and the LCD display shows the corresponding
test results.
This machine has a memory function, no need to re-learn samples
after power off, the instrument will work in the state before power
off.
Performance
Characteristics:
I.The working
mechanism of the G**8N wire tester is to continuously repeat the
test. Only when the wire is detected to be the same as the sample
line, the display will be correct. After the test wire is removed,
it will return to the display error port.
II.The main
function of the point-finding interface is to find points for the
maintenance of the wire and the test fixture, connect the wire to
the port, use the meter pen to test the other end of the wire, and
the LCD displays the corresponding port number for the test, so
that the wrong wire can be quickly found , This function requires
lightly pressing the mode key to enter the point-finding
mode.
III.Read
function: ①Short press to read the stored sample data, press the up
and down s to select the group, and finally press to confirm
the selection and return to the test state. ②Long press to enter
the study and store the sample data, press the up and down s
to select the group, and finally short press to confirm (the LCD
will display PASS at the same time) and return to the test
state.
IV.Mode key
function: ①Short press to enter the test mode conversion. ②Long
press to enter the parameter setting, press up and down to select
the setting parameter, after setting, save and return to the test
state.
V.Swing mode:
access the same wire as the selected sample data group, if it is
correct, the timer will start timing, there is no problem with
swinging the wire within the set time, and the display is
correct.
VI.Segmentation
mode: Segmentation starts from the sample data group ①. When
setting several segments, you must first read the status data of
the wire for storage. For example, if it is divided into four
segments, the sample data group ①②③④ is tested in sequence.

Operation
Procedure:
①Insert the power adapter
into the DC power interface on the back of the instrument
②Turn on the front panel
switch, the power indicator on the panel lights up. The tester
enters the test state
③When the wiring harness
to be tested is not connected, the LCD displays the wrong test
port
④Connect the wire harness
to be tested to the instrument panel interface through a fixture or
a flat cable
⑤Correct wire LCD shows
that the wire is correct
⑥The wrong cable shows the
wrong port number, and the panel indicator shows at the same
time
Note:
1. This wire tester instrument is
suitable for standard test (i.e. testing wire with no holes,
standard two-terminal conduction, terminal A and B and bilateral
conduction test).
2. When the test is abnormal, you
can use the probe to find the function to see if the fixture is
intact.
3. The cable testing instrument
