Commodity: IRON ORE *3% FE – REJECTION OF *1%

Quantity: *5,**0MT/MONTH FOR 1ST MONTH, **0,**0MT FOR 2ND AND 3RD MONTH, AND **0,**0MT FOR 4TH MONTH AND SUBSEQUENT SHIPMENTS

Location: MEXICO ORIGIN

Contract Period: *2 Months - SPOT SHIPMENTS W/ POSSIBLE R&E

Price: USD $*9/MT FOB

Delivery Time: Within *0 days after receiving L/C

Packaging: BULK

Inspection: SGS, Alfred H. Knight or other independent

Terms of Payment: Buyer instructs their bank to issue a documentary letter of credit payable **0% at sight against shipping documents. If the buyer is entering into a *2 month contract then their bank must issue an irrevocable Revolving non-transferable Documentary letter of credit payable **0% at sight for the contracted value of one month.  

As each shipment is processed and loaded onto the vessel, as per the contract terms for payment documents these documents will be presented to the buyers bank and within 5 banking days the buyers bank will effect payment for the amount owned per the commercial invoice and the terms and conditions of the signed contract
