3.when production paper roll,first tight then loosen,and the degree of tightness can be adjusted.to make product rolls fluffy or tight.

4.the distance of the punching(perforation) can be adjusted.

5.automatic core feeding system, automatic paper roll pusher after rewinding,then rewind the new roll again.

6.Embossing unit:adopt point to point embossing rollers,making the two layers match well,the paper is soft and has clear patterns.

embossing pattern is customized according to customer's request and designs,deepth can be 0.8mm*1.2mm

7.Automatic edge-trimming,glue spraying and sealing synchronously in one time,average gluing to all paper length.

8.Leaving ****8mm tail,easy to rewind again,so reducing short cut waste and save the cost in the long run.

9.Adopt 4 pieces high precision spiral knives,low noise,clear perforation(punching),adopt gearbox to have bigger range.
