Understanding the chiller working principle is according to understand the Freon cycle.Firstly,R*2 through compresso,changing to high temperature,high pressure gas refrigerant;Within the condenser,R*2 has been filtered impurity,throngh throttle valve(expansion valve),through throttling process,become low pressure,changing to liquid and gas mixed;Within the vaporator absorbing ice water(chilled product) heat,re-become gas refrigerant.Gas refrigerant throng the tube enter into the compressor,and start to new cycle.

1.DM**0A cabinet-type air conditioner
This system use advanced,high intergration density,all in one singlechip,highly improved 
system capacity of resisting disrurnance.The outer use plastic case,install 
easily.The front and back board use **5 communication mode to data 
connection,the whole system can do all in one install,also can install separately.

2. Compressor
Compressor using advanced fully enclosed scroll compressor.Scroll compressor main parts 
have no fret,so have the long life span.Also it called no need repair compressor.Scroll 
compressor work steady,small vibration,working invironment quite,also called super 
quite compressor.Scroll compressor structure novelty,accuracy,with small size,low 
noise,light weight,small vibration,energy consumption,long life span,gas transmission 
continuous steady,runningreliability,air supply clean and so on.

3. Condenser,vaporator
Condenser use shell&tube type heat exchanger,heat exchange tube is purple copper 
tube,condenser shell cover is removable.Can remove the bottom end cover to clean the 
copper tube.The shell of condenser is with drop plug,to ensure the whole system safety 
work.

Shell&tube dry-type vaporator,heat exchange tube purple copper tube,with refrigerant 
split stream,it can make the refrigerant even distribution in the heat exchange tube.It 
improve the heat exchange efficiency.

For compressor chiller unit,every compressor match with their own 
condenser,vaporator.The three components combine into independent chilling 
system.Due to the instructure,every two vaporator have the water connection,chilling 
system circuit dependent.There is heat insulator on the surface,to avoid energy lose.

4. heat expansion valve
Every chiller unit has heat expansion valve.It control refrigerant flow automatically.The 
temperature sensing of heat expansion valve stick on the thermal insulation air insuction 
pipe.There is a balance pipe inside connect with air insuction pipe.Valve adjust the valve 
unseal size throng feeling insuction temperature.Valve degree of superheat is 5C which has 
setted in our factory,if you dont have absolute demand,dont change it.

5. Dry filter
Dry filter is in the liquid pipe which between the oulet liquid and expansion valve.The 
function is dry refrigerant,filter the sundry,to keep refrigerant clean and dry.It can check if 
need dry filter according to the liquid sight glass.

6. high/low pressure controller
Every chilling circal has high/low pressure power switch.The set value of pressure power 
switch has been setted before out of our factory,customers cant change the setting 
optionally.

It will work every happen to pressure abnormity.Micro computer will close the opposite 
chilling circal.After waiting the circal stop working,must find out error nd remove the 
error,then it can resetting high pressure power switch.(resetting botton is red one on the 
power switch panel),let the unit work again.

7.Phase sequence protection device
Power supply protection device combine 3 phrase pressure display,over voltage 
protection,less voltage protection,open phase(phase failure),voltage unbalance 
protection,phase sequence protectgion(reverse phase protection).Adopting strong 
function micro computer chip and non-volatile technology,it with the features of function 
full,steady performance,display directly,operate convinently.

8. Fuse
Fuse function is prevent big current burnout the micro computer.

9. Mini open circuit
Mini open circuit use in the electric cabinet.Our company always use 4P(3 phase 4 wirs) 
open circuit,for the whole circuit connect and break.

*0. High/low pressure meter group
Every chilling circal has a group of high/low pressure meter.The high pressure meter install 
at the vent-pipe,low pressure meter install at the suction pipe.Every oil has 6 circles(or 5 
circles) scale,outer 4 circles(or 3 circles) is 3types(or 3 types)refrigerant corresponding 
pressure temperature of saturation,the inner 2circles are engineering pressurekgf/cm2(KG 
power per square cm is KG pressure),PSI pressure(pound per square inch)

Usually we say how many KG pressure is the number in the red circal,say bar pointer refere 
number,when the pressure point to O,then the dial pressure is O KG.
