The polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) is composed of a polycrystalline diamond layer and a tungsten carbide substrate. The polycrystalline diamond layer possesses extremely high hardness and abrasion resistance, whereas the tungsten carbide substrate would greatly improve the toughness and weldability of the whole compact.

The PDC cutter features

(1) Long life-Employing new sinter technics firms the bonding of diamond particles.The abrasion resistance has a vast increase,with **3mm of the diamond layer,this assure the diamond compact cutter has a longer life.

(2) Higher impact resistance-The beveled interface of diamond layer and tungsten carbide,reduces reidual stress of PDC diamond compact cutter,and increase impact resistance.

(3) Themal stability-the resist temperature reaches**0°C,which makes reliable quality and better performance when PDC used in the drilling bits.

Nearly all of our PDC cutters are designed and manufactured to meet specific project requirements. They can be manufactured in many different shapes—from basic cylindrical cutters to inserts with customized angles, diamond thickness, chamfers, and sizes.
