1DCutX calculates how to cut linear materials (bars, pipes, beams, wires, etc) with minimal waste without leaving the Excel. It reads the spreadsheets, performs the optimization and generates the detailed report and the graphical layouts within the same workbook. You can run either waste or waste and cost minimization scenarios. Additional parameters (saw kerf, minimal waste size and completion mode) help you to account for the features of the utilized cutting hardware.
