Brief Introduction for Process Flow of Gypsum Board Production Line

1. Dosing system

a) Get the materials ready

Modified starch and water are dosage- measured and mixed together

Water and foaming agent are put pro rata into the Foaming agent tanks and then mixed evenly

Gypsum power is lifted and conveyed into silos

b) Charge mixture

The slurry is pimped with dosage-measuring pump from tanks into the mixer. Foaming by dynamic foaming device, the foaming agent is put into the mixer. And by fully automatic dosage-measuring screw conveyor gypsum power is put into the mixer as well .all the raw materials are then mixed thoroughly into standard slurry.

2. Note 

All the above are under the control of automatic control systems, which adjust automatically to the speed of production line for mass and high-efficient production.

a) Shaping and conveying system

Through rectifier, upper paper goes to the shaper. Bottom paper goes through automatic rectifier, scoring machine and vibrating table into the shaper. Slurry falls from the mixer onto the bottom paper . covered by the upper paper, the sully is then shaped into gypsum boards of various thickness, which solidify on belt and roller conveyor. broads are then cut into pieces of certain length (***0mm, ***0mm or others).carried by 1# transverse conveyor, each 2 pieces of of board are sent to the close-up device, after adjusting distance between the 2 pieces of board , they are then sent into dryer by the distributor.

b) Drying system

It takes oil- fueled heat conductive oil boiler as heat source. Hot oil in the finned heat exchange heats the air, which then blown by draft fan everywhere inside the drying room. The dryer has 2 sections, which are excellent in board drying. without such disadvantages as over-burning or incomplete drying , this technique is environmental ,energy-saving ,thermally efficient and easy in controlling of process variables.

c)2# transverse conveying system

board outputting machines send dried boards to 2# transverse conveying system, gypsum noards are then cut into standard sizes, banded and conveyed to the automatic stacking machine. After stacking, the boards are lifted by forktruck to packing area for inspecting and packing . the process flow finishes.`
