It is available for the contractors and quarry owners. Zenith screening plants are widely used in road construction project or patch repair works. It can be equipped with a variety of woven wire and piano screens. Switching from a topsoil screen to a gravel screen to a sand screen is a snap. Snap out one, snap in the other.

Hopper -> Vibrating feeder -> Primary jaw crusher -> secondary impact crusher -> tertiary cone crusher -> fineness VSI crusher -> vibrating screen -> stockpile

The Big size stones are transferred to primary crusher (PE jaw crusher or PEW jaw crusher) through vibrating feeder from hopper for first crushing, then the crushed materials (small size) are transferred to impact crusher(PF impact crusher or PFW impact crusher) through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile and those with unsuitable size will be transferred to the impact crusher for re-crushing. These forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers’ requirements, and the Bag Dust Filter will be attached for the sake of environment protection.

ConveyorsIn our design, we have planned to supply complete Conveyor System Channel and Angle type construction. The supports of the Conveyor will be legs. All Conveyor considered are **0 mm belt width and the belts are endless type with **5/3 quality, 3mm top, 1.5mm bottom & M – *4 grade of covering. In our layout planning, we have considered to supply total conveyors of *0 mtr. long in 2 sec. of **0 mm wide & **0 mm wide *5 mtr. long in 5 sec.
Motors, Starter & Main switchWe will provide the following electric motors Required for the plant operation. All the motors are TEFC cage type ***0 rpm.

Doing all Civil foundation will be in your scope of supply and responsibility. Construction of ramp road, retaining wall, is under your scope of supply. Skilled and unskilled labour required is in your scope.
