Product Description

ABS plastic is synthesized from three chemical monomers, acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. Each monomer has different characteristics: acrylonitrile has high strength, thermal stability and chemical stability; butadiene has toughness and impact resistance; styrene has easy processing, high finish and high strength.
1. Good comprehensive performance, high impact strength, chemical stability and good electrical properties.
2. It has good fusion with plexiglass, can be made into two-color plastic parts, and can be chrome-plated and painted on the surface.
3. There are high impact resistance, high heat resistance, flame retardant, reinforced, transparent and other grades.
4. The fluidity is a little worse than HIPS, better than PMMA, PC plastic materials, etc., and the flexibility is good.
5. ABS plastic has excellent comprehensive properties, excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, electrical properties, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, dyeing properties, and good molding and mechanical processing.
6. ABS resin is resistant to water, inorganic salts, alkalis and acids, insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents, but easily soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters and some chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Scope of application:
ABS/PC alloy is to improve the flame retardancy of ABS, with good mechanical strength, toughness and flame retardancy.
In ABS/PC alloys, PC contributes to heat resistance, toughness, impact strength, strength and flame retardancy. The advantages of ABS are good processability, apparent quality and low density, with auto industry parts as the application focus.
