Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS)
 
Cheng Yus ABS compounds are formulated for applications into electrical / electronics, OA machines, toys and appliances industries.

Products Line Up
1. Flame Retardant
(VH**3 / VH**5 / VH**5A / VH**5HI / VH**6)

The Flame Retardant (FR) ABS grades are formulated to achieve UL*4 V0 rating for various thickness (1.5 3.0mm) offering different price / performance options for product engineers to consider. High impact grade is also available for demanding applications.

Applications
Appliances housing, chargers / power adaptors, E&E housings / covers, OA machines parts.

2. Flame Retardant + Heat Resistant
(VH**5HT)

This is a heat resistant grade FR ABS formulated with better thermal resistance compare to general purpose grade.

3.Glass Fiber reinforced
(A**2G1 / A**3G2 / A**5G3)

The Glass Fiber (GF) reinforced ABS has the advantage of improved mechanical properties and thermal resistance suitable for applications of structural parts or building blocks under mild working conditions.

Applications
Toys, internal structural parts, OA machines parts, precision parts, air conditioner fan.

4.UV Resistant
(**0UV / FRV)

This grade offers the ability to protect products against ultraviolet radiation (sunlight / indoor lightings) offering a longer life expectancy for outdoor applications.

Applications
Outdoor product housing and covers.


5. High Gloss with Anti-scratch
(CY***0 / CY***0 / CY***0)

These grades are formulated for applications in exterior components, housing and frames requiring a good glossy surface appearance. The grades are available with anti-scratch properties for H or higher pencil marking. This product line has an eco-friendly advantage of coating free hence cost reduction.
