We have the following kinds of African woods to order and always have quantity available at our warehouse in Dubai, UAE: IROKO: It is sometimes called African, Nigerian, teak. The wood is tough, dense, and very durable. It is often used in cabinetmaking and paneling as a substitute for teak, which it resembles both in colour (light brown to deep golden-brown) and in grain. TOLA: A non-fibrous wood that is springy and slightly shock-resistant. Also used in furniture making. SIPO, KHAYA, AFROMOSIA are also available. Alot of these woods are more economical teak and mahogany substitutes.
