Final required Documents and Security Deposit

Once approved primary details, Applicant have to be providing the following compulsory requirements.

1. Applicant Passport or National ID copy
2. at least 2 nominated persona details (such as Name, Post, Contact Number, Passport Number (if available) with update PP Size photo that will be mature for guide/ surveying / verifying along with Financer institute / Bank authorized investigation team in any project area of Applicant Country.
3. Trade License Copy
4. TIN (Tax Payer Identification Number ) Certificate copy (If Available/ Applicable)

6. Chamber of Commerce Certificate Copy (If Available)
7. Refundable Security Money $ US ***0 Dollar for next 2 years. (Its will be returnable after *4 month of agreement.

Once we received above required all documents and security deposit, in next 3 business days we will be send an agreement Paper for signing the Applicant. After both side signing, an Agency / Branch / Representative Certificate will be send to the Applicant by courier or along with Company Officer.

After acknowledgement of received the Agency certificate from that time Applicant will be count a legal Agent /Branch / representative of the Company in Concern Country.

1. Facility for Available journey with accommodation to maximum Concern Continental country by Company Arrangement.
2. All submitting Country projects application will be automatically consider as Branch Application and providing will be similar commission.      

Primary Work Description for Agency / Branch / Representative

1. Marketing for financing the projects with concern field as per company instruction and rules by concern media.
2. Primary verification & auditing to the Applicant area as per company guideline.
3. Collection project profile from applicant & after approval submits to the Company Office for next procedure.
4. At least *2 agents / Officer have to be work along with Bank / Financer Investigation team in projects investigation area (***0 days) as per company guideline in the concern country.
5. After approval of a project, time to time have to be communicating with Company and applicant organization for collateral level.
6. Later of fund release Branch/ Agency / Representative Office have to be monitor for proper fund utilizing in concern field and report to the Company.
7. Monitoring for repayment statement properly as announcement.
8. Should be always ready for projects / concern any kinds of Work.

Important Note

1. Application will be receive first and advance theory basis.
2. One Agent / Branch / Representative will be appointed for a Country.
3. At least *4 month will be valid for once Appoint, after expired its will be renew automatically by written notice.
4. Company can be stop or close of Agency / Branch / representative power by written notice in case of proven any kinds out of rules / financial misuse / illegal Lobbying activity.
5. As an Agency / Branch Office / Representative have power for lobbying of Finance so its will be out of business rules for illegal lobbying.

Refund Policy

An Agent / Branch Office / Representative want to withdraw or surrender his/her Agent ship, so its will be refund by following rules.

1. An Agent / Branch Office / Representative want to withdraw or surrender his/her Agent ship before *6 months, will be get back to return of his / her *5% of total security deposit.
2. Before *2 months, will be get back to return of his / her *0% of total security deposit.
3. Before *8 months, will be get back to return of his / her *5% of total security deposit.
4. And after expired will be get back to return of his / her **0% of total security deposit.
