This is directly leased from the government of Philippines for the development of Bio-fuel plantations, such as jatropha, cassava, canola, castor etc. We have the land on a *5 year lease which can be extended to *0 years. We have the expertise to develop the land, including roads, electrictity, water, telephone lines etc. Funds in the form of matching grants (Dollar for Dollar) are available from the government for developing plantations in the land. We are looking for long term joint venture partners who are willing to invest and develop the land with us, as equity partners.
