1,Raw materials

Material is aluminum alloy ***3 bars, it is a kind of excellent aluminum alloy construction profiles, and is widely used

in aluminum door, window, curtain wall framework and other projects, it can ensure the product never rust and keep from

2,Precision CNC extrusion

MRC have our own extrusion production line which meets standard raw material supply and also greatly shorten the production

processing cycle.

3,Strength processing

In order to let the aluminum alloy have the strength of steel, MRC shed must get through heat treatment process.

4,Surface treatment

MRC aluminum alloy shed surface use champagne anodic oxidation and transparent electrophoresis process in order to have

5,Tube bending

According to different specifications of sheds and different designs, MRC will use large pipe bender to bend.
