PROCEDURES
1. Buyers and sellers agree on price and
conditions
2. Buyers confirm purchase order with an ICPO or LOI
with buyer's bank details.
3. Sellers issue Proforma Invoice and Sales
Contract
4. Buyers sign Proforma and Contract and return to
sellers, by e-mail
5. Seller invites Buyer or buyer issues LC with payment
terms as per FOB
6. Seller make container shipment then deliver the
goods to port of loading.
7. Buyer pays cash upon receipt of documents with
inspection for FOB basis.
