Furnaces Steel Structure

The furnace wall is welded by the*0 mm steel plate (Q***-A) and*0# channel steel, furnace bottomis welded by the*0 mm steel plate (Q***-A) and*0# channel steel,and reinforced at the key part of the furnace to prevent deformation. The furnace roof adopts*0# I beam and *0#channel steel overhang ceiling design, the integral structure is specially designed for the casting producing and technics operating features, which is proved with good rigidity and strength by practice.
