Used for manufacture of shielded cables. Shielded conductor protects the inner conductor from environmental exposure and emission. The best shielding (up to **0%) is achieved by covering of the non-conductor insulating layer by metal foil. Foil is strengthened by polyether substrate. Even if the structural integrity of the foil is damaged, it doesn’t affect conductivity. Duplex-foil (metal + polyether substrate) is very durable.
