IApplication and Composition

This set of CCR line is applied to produce Ф9.5mmФ*2mmФ*5mm aluminum rod and Al-Mg-Si high strength thermal-resistant alloy rod by adopting continuous casting and rolling processing technique, which is competitive with the similar products in international standard.

The production line consists of *-ton shaft melting furnacetwo*8ton holding furnace**0m3 water cooling tower(prepared by user)on-line degassing/filter device*-wheel casting machinehaul-off scrolling shearerstraightening devicefrequency multiplication induction heater(includes fiber optical sensing thermometer)continuous rolling machinealloy rod quenching coiler and so on.

II. Brief process flow

Raw material→ melting furnace→ holding furnace→ launder →degassing filtering box→ casting ladle→ casting machine→ haul-off scrolling shear→ straightening device→ frequency multiplication induction heater→ initiative feeding device→ continuous rolling mill→ rod quenching device→ haul-off device→ continuous rod coiler(pre-forming)→centrifuge take-up device.

IV. Performance and Features of equipment

1. By adopting two***8tons round holding furnace, easy for al. alloy preparationuniform-refining, purification and slugging.

2. Online degassing device adopts double chamber type: one of the chamber uses single graphite rotor drive with graphite impeller agitate in aluminum fluids, meanwhile, nitrogen guide holes distributed on the impeller remove gas impurity of aluminum fluids by feeding nitrogen. Another chamber is silicon carbide rod heating holding one. While on-line filter tank is type of double channels hydraulic flip, inside build with ceramic filter board, and silicon carbide heating rod on the tank cover to provide superior aluminum fluids for casting use.

3. Type “H” crystallizing wheel, cooled each side to guarantee casting ingot be crystallized compact and uniform. Innerouter and side cooling ring can rotate out from the crystallizing wheel, easy to adjust and maintain for cooling water. All nozzles, inner or outer cooling ring is adopting stainless materials, each of which is equipped with pressure indicator and flow rate adjusting valve.

4. The pneumatic system is used for tightening steel belt, easy for adjusting. To clear off the moisture on the surface of the steel belt, we adopt the blower and wiper. Steel belt doesn’t cross interfere with guide bridge, easy to extract the high-strengthhigh-hardness alloy ingot, casting bar can be sent to rolling mill immediately without angle torsion. Also installation and dismount of the steel belt and scrap aluminum in the hole can be cleared easily.

5. Adopting the common used horizontal casting method can not effect the quality of products causing by turbulent flow of alloy fluids.

6. Allocating traction rolling shear, lighten the labor intensity and fully meet the requirement of process craft performance.

7. Equipped with induction online heater to guarantee casting ingot entering into the rolling mill have function of automatic heater and adjustment. Make sure alloy rod can get good electrics and mechanical property.

8. The continuous rolling machine has a function of automatic feeding and rods stacking stop. With unique *-high rolling stand with *-high rolling stand, the aluminum rod is provided with a good mechanic performance. The rolling emulsion and oil pipe lubrication form a closed system with the cooler, filter and pressure indicator of the main pipe.

9. The production line is provided with a function of continuous quenchingfast cooling ,the water quenching system is a closed system that have the indicating function of coolingfilterpressure indicator for main pipe. Continuous quenching device, make the alloy rod production process to be continuously finished, not only increase the product’s quality, also save the power and labor.

*0. To clear off the moisture on the surface of the aluminum alloy rod, a blower is fixed at the end of the guiding pipe, meanwhile, a driving haul-off capstan is installed to ensure a smooth delivery of the alloy rod. The arc guiding pipe is in a trolley-guiding construction to reduce the scratch upon the rods surface.

*1. The rod is coiled by means of centrifugal laying head, which makes aluminum alloy rod is preformed before entering the take-up basket, on the other hand, if broke rod is happened, the end of the rod can automatically move wire accumulator device in take-up basket, prevent from rod disordered in bobbin change.

*2. The electric control system is in type of Siemens DC motor fully digital speed adjusting and Schneider AC frequency conversion speed adjusting control. Man-machine interface touch screen by the mode of serial interface communication change bi-direction data with PLC, through the control of PLC to realize monitor and control to the system. Casting machinerolling mill and speed of looping coiler can adjusted alone by potentiometer in operating floor or control housing. The system can display temperatures in cast bar, first rolling, final rolling, emulsion and oil. Also it also monitors and alarms the running state and breakdown of speed adjusting device for each main machine and auxiliary part.
