Cenospheres Alternative

Cenospheres is classified and purified from ash powder of coal on the condition of special combustion in power plant that uses coal as fuel. The output of cenospheres gradually slows down because the requirement for environment protection become higher and higher so that the power plant modifies the process flow, at the same time, the demand of cenospheres goes up fast. In order to satisfy the demand of domestic and oversea market, we developed theses new materials, whose properties are similar with cenospheres.

SL-VM Series:

SL-VM is one kind of vitreous lava mineral, which can form porous inside, glass-formed on surface and ball-formed microbead after processing by electricity furnace. VM owns very good performance on insulation, is new-typed inorganic and light insulation material. Due to the surface is glass-formed and granular, VM owns stable physics property, good performance to prevent aging, insulate the heat, absorb the noise and fireproof.

SL-N Series:

The specific raw material will be formed holl0w-inside, micro-balled powder after compound chemical and physical reaction under the high temperature over ***0℃. This kind of powder is white color or light yellow. It is the ball-typed, clear, hollow particles, has good dispersibility and fluidity. It owns the advantages as follows: light-weight, innoxious, flavorless, anticorrosive, refractory, compression resistant, insulation for noisy and heat. Except for large-scaled using to strengthen the oil well, it is widely used in metallurgy, machine, chemical, electricity furnace, glass, rubber, plastic, ceramic, refractory, construction, etc.
