Product Intro:
Environmental friendly pollution-free white antirust pigment, main
component is aluminum tripolyphosphate and their modified
substances, appearance is hoar powder, density 2.**3g/cm,
non-toxic, do not contain chromium and other harmful metals, good
adhesion and impact resistance, heat resistance strong (heat
resistance ***0 degrees, melting point ***0 degrees or so), is the
ideal substitute of lead and chrome toxic antirust pigment
products. The antirust performance of this product is better than
red lead, zinc molybdate, lead chromate , zinc chromate , zinc
chrome yellow traditional toxic antirust pigment, also better than
the zinc phosphate . Wide applicable scope, with excellent
effective, is the important component of environmental antirust
pigment system.

Product Performance & Application:
Tripolyphosphate radical can be generated
chelate with all kinds of metal
ions, formed in the coated surfaces
of the purification of membrane, have a strong inhibition effect of
corrosion of steel and light metal, after coating, its rust
corrosion isolation have passivation remarkable effect, as antirust
ability can be improved **2 times of red lead and its series and
part of chrome antirust pigment.
In the coating formulation with less usage amount, low unit cost,
compare with using red lead and zinc
chrome yellow, dosage can reduce more than **- *0%, if it
reasonable use in coating system, it can substitute
about ****0% for titanium dioxide, about ****0% for zinc powder,
reduce the cost of production around ****0%.
It can significantly improve the coating performance, enhance the
property about ****0% of whiteness tenacity,

Free toning, widely used in various primers and underside of unity
coatings, it can cooperate to use with other
antirust pigment and filler, also can mix use with various rust
resisting pigment, preparation of high-performance
anticorrosive coatings. Applicable to phenolic resin, alkyd
resin, epoxy resin, epoxy polyester and acrylic resin
solvent-based coating and various
water-based resin paint. (e.g. high
adaptability water-based epoxy ester
dip-coating); also can be used in a high viscosity anticorrosive
paint, powder coating, organic titanium
anti-corrosion paint, on rust paint, asphalt paint, zinc-rich
primer, fire retardant coating and heat resistant coating.
Wide accommodation, not only can be used in steel product, also can
be used for aluminum plate and zinc plate
