This series of melting and holding furnaces have perfect design, sophisticated manufacture. Metering pump has quantitative precision, transfer tube is easy to clean which can keep the molten magnesium clean, all these characteristics make it suitable for producing all kinds of high quality magnesium casting parts.

Product features：

① Low energy consumption, high melting rate;

② Impeccable gas protective device, it can mix gas evenly, keep stable rate of flow,  protect sufficiently, and switch automatically;

③ The crucible is made of imported dual metal steel plate which won’t contaminate the molten magnesium, also it has longer service life;

④ Heating elements work stably, and has longer service life;

⑤ The temperature of furnace box and melt chamber is controlled by separate thermocouples;

⑥ Automatic alarm devices for overheat, leakage, lack of gas etc.

⑦ Metering pump precisely control the casting time and speed, has high repeatability and ration, can resist high temperature, corrosion, and deformation, can work stably in molten magnesium. The extraction pipe is easy to clean, driven by servo motor, and stopped by resistance.

⑧ Delivering tube is made of special steel, stable in high temperature, can resist high temperature, corrosion, deformation, and oxidation, has longer service life, and ensure the purity of molten metal as well as the precise, safe metering.
