PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

VVRS BLUE LABEL PREMIUM LAYER is a commercial standard complete feed suitable for high producing domestic laying hens from point of lay.This ration may also be used as a non-commercial breeder ration for layers, broilers and turkeys (some water medication may be necessary for disease control for broiler breeder and turkey breeders).Available in pellet or meal form.

COMPOSITION

&#x***2; Wheat, maize, sorghum, bran and pollard, a combination of protein meals (cottonseed meal, soybean meal, sunflower meal, blood meal, meat meal), vegetable/animal oil, limestone, sodium-bicarbonate, salt, choline chloride, added lysine, added methionine, yolk colourants, Vvrs vitamin & mineral premix.

&#x***2; Base grain as depicted seasonally and therefore proportions may vary.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Laying Hens from point of lay to end of lay should have unlimited access (feed ad-lib) to VVRS BLUE LABEL PREMIUM LAYER

&#x***2; It is recommended to blend VVRS PULLET GROWER (Medicated) with VVRS BLUE LABEL PREMIUM LAYER in a *0/*0 blend prior to laying stage. This is done so that the bird receives more calcium and other essential nutrients in the pre-lay period when the reproductive tract is nearing maturity.

&#x***2; Egg production may drop during the winter months due to reduced daylight hours (Note: optimum light for laying hens is *4 - *6 hours per day).

&#x***2; When hens enter the end of lay period shell quality may deteriorate. Supplementation of the diet with cal-grit (coarse lime) or shellgrit may improve shell quality.
