Structure Features:
1. Type SBC pumps are multistage horizontal split pumps. Both ends are supported at the center line. The suction nozzle and the discharge nozzle are casted together with the bottom half pump casing. Once the pump cover and the bearing housings are removed, the rotor can be lifted up independently.
2. Close attention is paid to the rigid of pump shaft made of fine forging to make it with great safety coefficient in the operation.
3. The impellers are shrunken on the shaft, arranged back to back, so that the rotor is rigid enough as an integrate piece with small stationery deflection. After carefully dynamic balancing, the pump can run smoothly with low vibration.
4. The size of the stuffing chamber is designed in according to API**2 so as to accommodate all kinds of mechanical seal to the standard.
5. The radial bearings are *-lobe sliding bearings, which are excellent to take the load and reduce vibration. The thrust bearings are ball bearings. Alternatively, either tilting pad bearings or self balancing thrust pad bearings from KINGSBERY can be selected on customers' requirements, where the external oil supply is required.
6. Sensing instruments such as working temperature, pressure, vibration or displacement detectors and are used to monitor and control the pumping units, for which interlock conditions will be set for alarming and tripping. All the instruments are supplied by technically leading companies in the word or domestic market. They will be installed before delivery, which will be not only in good appearance but also reliable.
