BERACAH Factory for Packing And Preparing Gum Arabic is a modern company of, ***0s.qm, located at SOBA AREA in SUDAN.
BERACAH has the capability in its full system of sampling , inspections and testing chemically ,physically and microbiologically , to monitor and check the quality of its products inlinear line of quality.

Beracah can easily meet JIT supply system , through availability of perminent preharvest forestry stocks and post harvest stocks in its own warehouse located in Soba Area .

BERACAH has regional clients in all gum arabic producing areas , within Sudan to purchase gum arabic directly from the farmers .

BERACAHpresently exports Kordofan gum arabic(Acacia senegal)in its various forms : Hand picked selected gum (H.P.S) , Cleaned gum , sifted gum and dust,,. TALHA gum (Acacia seyal var. Seyal & fistula) cleaned and dust . And Kakamout (Acacia comoplycantha) cleaned gum. Total Quality Control is assured in BERACAH through adopting international quality system (HACCP system).

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

Codex Alimentarius Commission (FAO/WHO)classified gum arabic under catogry No. E**4and approved it as afood additive. Other authorized bodies like EEC described it as GRAS which is Generally Recognized As Safe. Others recently classify gum as food (PREPIOTIC), rich of dissolved fibre ,carbohydratesand mineral acids.
